Description

The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry is a true gem of Italian winemaking, made exclusively from 100% Glera grapes, sourced from vineyards located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. These clay soils of morainic origin, combined with the Guyot-Doppio Capovolto training system, ensure the quality and aromatic richness of the wine.

The grape harvest is carried out traditionally, with a manual crate harvest, preserving the integrity of the berries for gentle pressing. This is followed by meticulous vinification, where the primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The sparkling process, conducted according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, gives the wine its fine and persistent effervescence.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it enchants with clear notes of white flowers and yellow fruit, making it particularly appealing. On the palate, it reveals an explosion of balance and sapidity, with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste that can win over even the most demanding palates.

With an alcohol content of 11.5% Vol. and a sugar level of 15-16 g/l, this Extra Dry sparkling wine is perfect for those seeking a fresh wine with balanced sweetness. Serve at an ideal temperature between 6 and 8°C, maintaining gradual cooling to preserve its delicate aromatic notes.

Arswine.it offers you the opportunity to discover this Prosecco, perfect for every occasion, from festive toasts to refined dinners. Elegance, freshness, and authenticity in every glass.
